GOBS Collective is an active group of artists and organisers who help shape GOBS’s creative and strategic direction.

Membership is by invitation, based on professionalism, community contributions, and alignment with our values.

Collective members:

  • Lead or co-create events, workshops, and artistic programmes.

  • Take part in creative leadership and professional development opportunities.

  • Contribute to GOBS’s decision-making and organisational growth.

  • Act as ambassadors for our mission and values.

  • Support the delivery of our artistic and community offers.
