Congratulations on making it this far!

You've put so much creativity, care and hard work into your writing, and we're incredibly proud of the way you've embraced this journey together. Your collaboration, participation and willingness to share your voices have made this project really special.

A lot of the hard work is done (although there's still more excitement to come!), so take a moment to celebrate what you've achieved.

A few things to remember when submitting:

• Your poem should be no longer than two sides of A4.

• Submit the version you're happy to share for inclusion in our anthology.

We can't wait to bring your words together in print! We're looking forward to a brilliant anthology-making session with Sarah Wheatley on Saturday 14 November.
